About Singer & Schatzman

Singer & Schatzman is a Missouri law firm, practicing primarily in the areas of estate planning and asset/wealth protection, probate administration, guardianship litigation, special needs planning, business formation and succession planning, and transactional real estate and litigation matters.

The firm consists of a small, highly-skilled team of attorneys and support personnel who strive to provide clients with the best results possible while maintaining high ethical standards. Our attorney's combination of knowledge and energy will help serve a variety of different legal objectives, from assisting clients on individual and business matters to pursuing changes to our legal system in the spirit of justice.  Our attorneys and staff commit themselves to the analysis and resolution of legal matters in representing our clients zealously.

Our goal is to remain a small-sized botique law firm that treats our clients in a manner that we ourselves would want to be treated.

Our lawyers, Donald S. Singer and Scott A. Schatzman, practice primarily in the areas described above. Donald S. Singer has over 40 years of legal experience in complex planning and representation of clients and their businesses across the globe.  Don enjoys assisting individuals and families in planning to protect their assets from creditors, predators and outlaws (ex-in-laws).  With a strong love for real estate, Don has been in the forefront in representing property owners and businesses involved in real estate and eminent domain matters. He is an experienced attorney who received his masters in tax law from Washington University in 2007.

Scott A. Schatzman enjoys representing individuals, families and businesses in their estate planning and asset/wealth protection planning, corporate and business succession planning, and commercial and residential real estate contractual negotiations and planning matters.  Scott also handles certain litigation matters on a case-by-case basis.  Scott's All-American collegiate and international wrestling background benefits him in the practice of law by way of his hard work, discipline and intensity level in pursuing client matters.  Scott graduated from Northwestern University while competing in Big Ten athletics and pursued his law degree from the University of Missouri.  He is presently pursuing his masters in tax law from Washington University.
